We recently had the honour of attending the CIPD in Wales Awards 2024, held at Cardiff City Football Club. Hosted by the gracious Lesley Richards, this event marked an incredible milestone - a decade of celebrating excellence in HR and people development in Wales, and let me tell you, the energy was palpable from the moment we stepped through the doors.

A massive congratulations are in order for all the winners, highly commended individuals, and finalists. It was truly surreal to be in a room filled with so many successful professionals, all gathered to recognise and celebrate each other's remarkable achievements.
