My development at Hoop by Nia Kehrein
Over the past 6 months, I have been working toward the position of Senior Account Manager at Hoop. It has been a huge learning experience and one that I have been fully supported through by both my Line Manager and Directors. It has helped me move forward in terms of my self-awareness and educating myself in leadership skills whilst taking on additional responsibilities. It has also helped me turn any blind spot areas of needed development I have into open areas for me to improve on through mentoring and guidance.   In addition to the consistent mentoring and guidance from the senior team, I was also given the opportunity to start the Chwarae Teg Agile Nation 2 "Career Development Programme for Women" to further progress my career at Hoop. This course is a development program that Hoop has given me the opportunity to complete during work hours. Hoop has shown to me how dedicated they are for each individual's personal development and have really given me to tools to not only progress in my career but also become a better person both in and out of work.

In-House Recruitment Officer

£15,001 - £20,000 Per Annum
My Cardiff based client has a Internal Recruitment Officer role available on a permanent full time basis. This client offers a competitive benefits package, onsite parking, bright and modern office environment and most importantly a really great team environment that will enable you to work and support a great team of people. My client is offering a salary of £20k dependent on skills and experience.  In this role you will manage the administration associated with the recruitment and candidate on boarding needs of the company, this is everything from liaising with potential hires over the phone, answering questions that candidates may have about specific roles and maintaining a process that promotes a fantastic 'candidate journey' and that drives a positive impression of the business. You will liaise with managers to coordinate interviews, create offer letters, ensure that new hires provide all of the relevant compliance information prior to starting and you will ensure all of that information is logged and maintaining on the system. You will advertise vacancies and utilise social media to promote the brand and raise awareness of vacancies within the organisation.  This role is not a sales position and could be a great move for a recruitment consultant who wishes to move away from a sales focused environment. This role requires an organised, articulate and self motivated candidate who is able to prioritize tasks and manage expectations. If this role is of interest to you we welcome your application.
