All I can say is, wow! Zoya was extremely kind, caring and really listened to me and my concerns from the beginning of this process. She made me feel relaxed and at ease during the process and has answered any and all questions I have had. Zoya gave me a clear plan for my future with Hoop and assured me that she has outstanding relationships with schools close by to my new home. I contacted HOOP Recruitment by phone after seeing an advert for an Exam Invigilator post on Indeed. An initial discussion made me aware of what documentation I would need to provide in order to register. While understandably the documentation required was extensive the process of uploading certificates etc. was straightforward. I had regular contact with Alisha via email and she guided me through the process effectively. Alisha has been very professional and helpful, answering any queries I had and responding to emails quickly. I have since been in contact with Emily who also keeps in regular contact, informing me of any job opportunities, as well as just checking in.
