I first met Carl Morris at a Recruitment Event at Swansea Job Centre on the 1st of October. I immediately found him extremely amiable, but could see immediately his enthusiasm for his role and his professional manner. I have since been guided by him through the registration procedure with Hoop, which is very close now to be being signed off by your very thorough Compliance Department. For a person with a very busy job, Carl has always been great to talk to, not just as a Consultant, but as an empathic person happy to get to know me as a person. In just over 2 weeks I am very close to getting my first TA role from Carl who is certain I will be in full time TA work in one of the many schools he has forged long term relationships with. I am truly fortunate to have have met him, and am very impressed with the whole Hoop organisation.
