£39.95 per hour (Umbrella)

On-site / hybrid arrangements dependent on service needs
Initial 12-week contract (long-term cover may be required)

Hoop Social Work, via Sarah Leigh, are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on an Adults Social Work function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, multi-agency safeguarding environment, supporting adults at risk and contributing to timely, proportionate safeguarding decision-making.

About the role:
You will work collaboratively within the MASH framework, contributing to effective information sharing, risk analysis, and safeguarding decisions across partner agencies.

Key responsibilities:
✔ Manage and progress adult safeguarding referrals within MASH
✔ Work in partnership with health, police, and other agencies
✔ Undertake risk assessment and triage of safeguarding concerns
✔ Contribute to timely and proportionate safeguarding decisions
✔ Ensure accurate recording and information sharing
✔ Support safeguarding outcomes for vulnerable adults

Requirements:
✔ Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
✔ Experience in Adults Safeguarding (MASH experience desirable)
✔ Strong multi-agency working skills
✔ Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced work
✔ Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Additional Information:
This is an initial 12-week assignment covering long-term sickness, with potential for extension depending on service need.
