About Hoop

Hoop Recruitment is a Welsh based recruitment agency, which in 2024 transitioned to become 100% employee-owned, becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Founded in 2016, our recruitment agency is on a mission to redefine the perception of recruitment. At our core, we embody the values of empathy, integrity, drive, and expertise, which guide every aspect of our work. Growth has been quick yet sustainable, and we have been identified as one of the fastest growing companies in Wales in 2021, 2022 & 2023. We work with a curated selection of public, private and third sector clients and hold a Gold REC accreditation. We are part of the Mental Health at Work Commitment and hold the Disability Confident employer status level

We listen more than we talk, we believe in quality not quantity. At our heart, we are driven by integrity and empathy. We understand that effective recruitment is not merely about identifying candidates with the right skills and qualifications; it's about finding individuals who are a perfect fit for the role, both professionally and personally. We prioritise listening over talking, and we take the time to understand not only your professional aspirations but also your personal pressures. Our goal is to connect you with jobs that complement your life rather than disrupt it because we believe that happiness at work is the key to a fulfilling life. We’ll help find jobs that work with, not against, you. We believe that’s the key to happiness.

Our dedicated teams, led by industry leaders, are bolstered by a network of talented and well-connected recruitment consultants. Each of us is unique, bringing our own perspective and expertise to the table. We’re all different, all our own people. And we’re all committed to making a positive difference to the way people work and live.
