Family Support Worker - Youth Justice Service
Pay rate - £15 - 16.50 PAYE

- Be responsible for supporting children on the cusp of the youth justice system with the aim of achieving positive outcomes and preventing them from going on to offend. Be responsible for undertaking needs-based assessments and developing bespoke multi-agency plans to provide children and their families with the opportunity for support via a strengths-based approach.
- Be responsible for the delivery of holistic, family focused programmes and interventions to support parents to build upon their strengths and improve their parenting capacity. To offer a whole family/family centred approach to families with complex needs whereby the child is on the cusp of the Youth Justice System.
