- Hoop Professional Services and HR are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly respected organisation in South Wales seeking an Organisational Development Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, shaping sustainable service delivery and impactful change.
As the Organisational Development Partner, you will support and lead aspects of a high-profile transformation programme. Working closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and a central project team, your role will focus on organisational redesign, effective change delivery, and ensuring the people agenda is at the forefront throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign services to address financial challenges and shape future operating models.
- Ensure all people-related impacts are considered, planned for, and communicated effectively during periods of change.
- Lead employee relations activity during transformation, including collective consultation planning and regular engagement with Trade Unions.
- Coordinate HR and OD project workstreams, including producing guidance documents and FAQs to support colleagues and leaders.
- Provide generalist HR support to a small business area, acting as a key partner on day-to-day and strategic matters.
- Line manage a Senior HR Adviser, offering guidance, coaching, and development support.
- Proven experience in organisational development and supporting complex transformation programmes.
- A successful track record of delivering change within challenging and fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders and employee representatives.
- A pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
- Expertise in HR strategy, change management, and employee relations.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
