Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance across a range of HR topics including employee relations, performance, change, and well-being
- Support managers through complex issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
- Shape and implement values-led HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment law
- Design and deliver engaging training on topics like mental health, management skills, and workplace culture
- Lead HR projects including restructures, recruitment, and organisational change
- Champion a culture of well-being and help implement initiatives that support mental health and prevent burnout
- Maintain accurate records and contribute insights for continuous improvement
- Flexibly support the wider team as needed – everyone gets stuck in
- Experience in HR, with a proven ability to offer clear, practical advice
- Confident knowledge of HR principles and employment law
- A genuine passion for people and creating positive workplace environments
- Self-aware and empathetic, with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive issues
- Comfortable managing a varied workload across both remote and on-site settings
- Motivated by making a meaningful difference and driving forward progressive HR practices
- A strong team player who can also work independently
