You'll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Solid generalist HR experience.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
- A sound understanding of UK employment law.
- Confidence coaching managers through complex people matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and build trusted relationships.
