They're looking for a Lead HR Advisor to become a trusted partner to managers across the business, leading on employee relations while helping to drive positive change through wellbeing, engagement and people initiatives.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.

  • Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people issues.

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and inclusion projects.

  • Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR records.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the HR team.

About you You'll already be working in a generalist HR role and be ready to step into a position with greater responsibility and influence.

You'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification.

  • Solid generalist HR experience.

  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.

  • A sound understanding of UK employment law.

  • Confidence coaching managers through complex people matters.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to manage a varied workload and build trusted relationships.
