Long Term Care & Support - Social Worker
Pay rate in line with the pledge - £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50 PAYE

The post is based in Cynon Principal Offices - Working with individuals over the age of 18 with complex and long-term care and support needs. Working towards achieving positive personal outcomes, supporting people with both physical and mental health needs in the community. This is subject to flexible working from home with an expectation that you will attend the office a minimum of once per week. Looking for someone with experience in adult services with strong values with the ability to manage a complex caseload.

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales (for roles in Wales) and Social Work England (for roles in England)
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
