Job title: Education Compliance & Resource Assistant
Salary: £25k per annum + Benefits 
Working pattern: Swansea / Hybrid (3 days office & 2 days WFH)
Hours: 37.5 per week

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Education team. In this role, you will be supporting the compliance side and assisting with resourcing supporting out teams in Cardiff, Swansea and Wrexham. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Compliance Support Education 

  • Uploading new candidates to Edun CRM  

  • Identifying awaiting compliance documents such as DBS, References, & general candidate information 

  • Verifying documents – DBS, Birth certificate 

  • Chasing references from outside companies 

  • Signing off files 

 

2.Resource Support Education 

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with candidates and schools 

  • Searching for candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases 

  • Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable applicants  

  • Contacting candidates to discuss roles and availability  

  • Arranging interviews and coordinating schedules with schools 

  • Posting job adverts  

  • Maintaining candidate records and recruitment systems  

  • Supporting recruiters with compliance checks and onboarding paperwork 

 

Training & Support: 
Full training and onboarding will be provided on all processes, systems, and compliance requirements relevant to this role. You will be supported throughout your work experience to help you develop confidence and practical skills in a professional recruitment setting.
