The Role:
  • Position: Supply Teacher. Secondary

  • Schedule: Flexible – choose the days you work

  • Location: Multiple schools across Bridgend 

  • Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to adapt quickly

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting students’ learning
