We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join our dynamic team, working with Secondary schools in the Bridgend area. Whether you’re seeking a long-term role, part-time hours, or day-to-day supply opportunities, we have multiple positions available.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant who can help create an engaging and inspiring learning environment. Your role will be pivotal in encouraging students to reach their full potential, supporting their ambitions, and helping them embrace all aspects of school life to build a diverse skill set.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO, and class teachers.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Programmes (IEPs) and monitoring students' progress.
  • Providing tailored support for students both inside and outside the classroom, ensuring they can fully engage in all school activities.
  • Helping class teachers maintain accurate student records.
  • Demonstrating empathy and nurturing qualities to support students with emotional or behavioral challenges, and assisting in developing their social skills.
