What You’ll Do:
  • Step in for absent teachers and lead pre-planned lessons

  • Keep students engaged and on track with their learning

  • Foster a calm, positive, and safe learning environment

  • Manage behaviour and follow school policies

  • Support pupils and liaise with staff as needed

What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 3 months’ experience with children or vulnerable adults (must be referenceable)

  • An Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)

  • EWC registration (or willing to register)

  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the desire to make a difference
