Qualified Social Worker - Community Learning Disabilities Team
Swansea
Pay rate up to £30 Umbrella company

2 Qualified Social Workers are required to join the CTLD based in Swansea for a temporary 3 month position. Pay rate for this position is up to £30 per hour as an Umbrella company.

The aim of these roles is to focus on care planning and review of individuals presently in receipt of services to meet their outcomes under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act. Applicants will focus on individuals who are supported by the Adult Community Learning Disability Team to develop individualised packages of care within a framework of positive consultation and joint planning. Care plans will aim at enabling people with a learning disability to develop their maximum potential as individuals and to ensure their personal outcomes are identified and supported to allow progression to greater independence.

To apply for this role you will need to hold a social work qualification and be registered with the Social Care Wales. You will be subject to 3 years of referencing and ideally you will hold a DBS on the update service.
