Description
We are working on an immediately available opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator on a 3 month FTC. This is a great opportunity to join a well established organisation. 

Our client offers remote and office working, based in Mid Glamorgan. This organisation is extremely values based, that includes diversity, inclusion and safeguarding. 

Responsibilities: 
  • First point of contact for HR related queries 
  • Managing the HR/Recruitment inbox 
  • Supporting the HR department with ad hoc administrative tasks 
  • Advertising vacancies 
  • Arranging interviews
  • Sending out offer and rejection letters
  • Managing absence and sickness 
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
