- We are working with a high profile organisation that employs over 8000 people across a number of sites in South Wales (some include Cardiff, Bridgend, Merthyr and Pontypridd) Our client is on the cusp of considerable transformational change and as a result they are eager to recruit a commercial, resilient and forward-thinking Deputy Head of HR and Organisational Development to lead and drive their ambitious change plans. Hoop Recruitment are working exclusively with this client, we are interested in introducing candidates who have an equal balance of strategic and operational HR experience as well as a passion for leading and developing HR teams.
In this role, you will be one of three ‘Deputy Heads of HR and OD', you will be responsible for a HR team that provides a service to a locality that may cover one large site or a cluster of sites (depending on the size of the business area)

In this exciting role you will be a driving force for cultural and organisational change. Some of the projects you will lead on include Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Retention, Wellbeing initiatives, Employee Engagement, Restructuring and more. You will manage highly complex and sensitive ER issues.
