Hoop are currently recruiting for a Support Worker, to work within a supported living setting, supporting clients with learning disabilities and Autism.

As a Support Worker, you will be working alongside key workers, to support vulnerable service users with all aspects of their daily lives, trying to promote independence as much as possible.

This is a permanent vacancy for a leading care provider within with South Wales area.

To apply, ideally you will have:

• 6 month experience working in a similar setting
• Flexibility to work shifts - although regular hours are available
• Access to transport – due to location
• PBM training (or equivalent) is desirable although training is provided
