We are recruiting two Job Coaches on behalf of an established employment and skills organisation. You will provide personalised, end-to-end support to individuals facing barriers to work, helping them develop their confidence, improve their employability and secure sustainable employment.

Managing your own caseload, you will:
- Welcome new participants and guide them through the programme.
- Complete initial assessments and vocational profiles.
- Identify individual strengths, ambitions and barriers to employment.
- Develop personalised Employment Action Plans.
- Deliver one-to-one coaching tailored to each participant’s needs.
- Help participants improve their confidence and motivation.
- Provide practical support with CVs, job searches and applications.
- Deliver interview preparation and workplace-readiness coaching.
- Support participants with financial awareness and travel planning.
- Coordinate interviews and gather constructive employer feedback.
- Maintain regular contact during the early stages of employment.
- Help participants address workplace challenges and remain in work.
- Identify progression and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate participant records and employment evidence.
- Work towards targets for engagement, job outcomes and sustained employment.
You will need:
- Experience supporting unemployed individuals or disadvantaged groups.
- Experience delivering coaching, mentoring or employability support.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong coaching, motivational and relationship-building skills.
- A good understanding of the barriers people can face when seeking work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to organise and manage a participant caseload.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
