Nantgarw | £14.44 per hour | 37 hours per week | Early–mid August start

We’re looking for a confident and welcoming Administrator to join a friendly team within a vibrant education environment. What you’ll be doing As the welcoming face of Learner Services, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for learners, staff and visitors

  • Deliver friendly and professional reception services

  • Provide general administrative support to the campus team

  • Liaise with transport providers

  • Help coordinate enrolment activity

  • Support events, open evenings and promotional activities

  • Respond to enquiries and ensure information reaches the right people

  • Help keep the campus office organised and running efficiently

What we’re looking for You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous administration, reception or customer-service experience

  • Communicate confidently and professionally

  • Are friendly, calm and approachable

  • Have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment

  • Are comfortable using standard office and IT systems

  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

Welsh-language skills would be highly desirable, but they are not essential.
