Hoop Housing is looking for a motivated and people-focused Housing Team Leader to help shape and deliver high-quality housing services for older adults living independently across Birmingham.

The Role

You’ll lead a small team delivering responsive, person-centred housing management services across independent and supported living schemes. From tenancy sustainment and neighbourhood management to safeguarding, resident engagement and service improvement, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive an exceptional service.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive operational excellence, support service development and champion professional standards across the team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

· Has strong experience within social or supported housing

· Can confidently lead and motivate a team

· Understands housing management, compliance and tenancy enforcement

· Brings empathy, professionalism and sound judgement to complex situations

· Is passionate about supporting older people to live independently
