Hoop Education is currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work across secondary schools in Swansea and the surrounding areas.

The Role
o Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
o Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
o Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
o Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
o Support classroom behaviour management
o Follow school policies and procedures
o Work in a variety of secondary school settings
o Choose the days and assignments that suit you
We're Looking For
o Experienced Teaching Assistants or individuals with relevant education-based experience
o Experience supporting pupils within KS3 and KS4 is desirable
o Confident, proactive, and engaging practitioners
o Strong communication and behaviour management skills
o Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting young people
o Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants are highly desirable
o A driving licence and access to transport is advantageous
