Hoop Education is looking for Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Swansea and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, is confident managing a classroom, and is looking for flexible work within local secondary schools.
The Role
o Supervise classes during teacher absence
o Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain on task
o Manage classroom behaviour confidently
o Support pupils aged 11-18
o Work across a variety of secondary schools
o Choose the days you want to work
We're Looking For
o Welsh-speaking candidates
o Experience working with children or young people
o Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
o Reliable, professional and approachable individuals
o The ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils
o Previous teaching, TA, coaching, youth work or similar experience is welcome
o Driving is highly desirable
