Hoop Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Pembrokeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' academic progress, wellbeing and classroom engagement while gaining valuable experience in education.
You'll play an important role in helping create a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported, encouraged and motivated to achieve their best.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities.

Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day.

Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour.

Preparing learning resources and classroom materials.

Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

Have experience working with children or young people.

Are caring, reliable and proactive.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enjoy working as part of a team.

Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable).
