Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.

Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs and abilities of individual learners.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high standards.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff to support pupil development.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Have experience teaching within a secondary school setting.

Have strong subject knowledge in your specialist teaching area.

Are passionate about supporting young people's learning and development.

Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Are adaptable, reliable and committed to delivering high standards of teaching.
