Low Secure Hospital
Outskirts of Cardiff
Up to £33,000 per annum + package
Hoop recruitment is sourcing for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a purpose built low-secure hospital within a dynamic company. The hospital provides care for individuals living with neurological conditions, varying mental health illnesses and learning disabilities catering to over 20 patients.
As the successful candidate, you will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, providing first class care and support to patients, whilst supporting the Clinical Lead when needed. You will be participating in team assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of individual centred treatment plans.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care
- Support therapeutic interventions as appropriate on an individual basis
- Preparation of written reports for clinical reviews
- Clinically leading and nurturing a team of support workers
- Observe the code of Professional Conduct
- Ensure statutory training is reviewed regularly
- Acting as an advocate to the client where appropriate
Essential requirements:
- Valid Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Excellent communicator with a resilient nature
- Proficiency in building working relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the business.
- Follower of best practices at all time.
