Description
Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant or Early Years Practitioner seeking new opportunities in schools across the North Pembrokeshire area?

Are you passionate about working with Primary and aged children?

Do you hold your CCLD L3 qualification?

Hoop Education, a preferred supplier of educational staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Nursery Assistant to work in an early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a safe learning environment.
  • Observe and record student progress to inform teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective teamwork.
Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • A passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a school environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or education (desirable but not mandatory).
