Hoop Social Work is recruiting an experienced Children & Families Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council on a full-time agency contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive Children & Families team, helping to safeguard and improve outcomes for children, young people and their families across Wiltshire.

Hybrid Working

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with up to 50% of administrative time able to be completed remotely.

Office-based work can be undertaken from one or more of the following locations:

• County Hall, Trowbridge

• Bourne Hill, Salisbury

• Monkton Park, Chippenham

What we're looking for

To apply for this role, you will need to hold:

• A minimum of 6 months' UK experience working as a registered Social Worker

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)

• Current registration with Social Work England

• An Enhanced DBS, registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one

• The ability to provide 3 years of employment referencing

• A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
