Assessment & Support - Social Worker
Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50 PAYE

The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to Children and their families who are deemed to have unmet needs and/or considered to be at risk of harm/significant harm.
Social Workers are expected to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that children and their families are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve without compromising the child’s safety.
The assignment is for 37 HPW, Monday – Friday. You will work from the office – Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, Conwy. The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 weeks with potential to be extended.

- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
