Hospital - Social Worker

Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella

Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council 

Home working but option to work from the office / hospital sites when convenient.

Role is to cover all hospitals within RCT - the team to try to allocate cases as near as possible but this does depend on workflow.

Ideal for someone who is able to manage short-term, face-paced work in a multi-disciplinary setting and deal with complex discharges including MCA, Best Interests and CHC.

• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
