Recruitment Administrator
Hoop PS&HR are excited to be looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join an amazing house association near Nantgarw! If you’re a strong administrator who’s interested in HR and recruitment and looking to take that next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity.
This position is a part time, 3-month FTC that comes with a salary of £24,570 per year (FTE). You’ll be joining a supportive and well-established team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking for something on a temporary basis, this a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and grow your skills in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process to ensure everything runs smoothly – advertising roles, organising interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new starters.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates and managers, monitoring inboxes and responding to queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with right-to-work legislation and recruitment policies.
- Assisting with HR system updates, data entry, and reporting to keep everything organised and up to date.
- Supporting internal communications, team events, and other administrative projects as needed.
- Proven administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a variety of people.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling sensitive information.
- A keen interest in HR and recruitment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Awareness of right-to-work checks and recruitment compliance.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS).
- Previous experience supporting recruitment or HR processes.
