Full-time, Temporary – until end of January 2026
We’re looking for a Location Support Coordinator / Office Manager to join a busy, professional team on a temporary basis until the end of January 2026. This role is fully site-based, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person for everything that keeps an office running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organised, and efficient environment for colleagues and visitors alike — supporting with office management, facilities coordination, health and safety, IT liaison, and general administration.
What you’ll be doing

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day office operations
- Managing reception duties, meeting room bookings, and visitor coordination
- Supporting with IT, facilities, and supplier liaison
- Overseeing office supplies, post, and deliveries
- Maintaining health, safety, and compliance records
- Assisting with onboarding and supporting new starters
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy, functional, and welcoming
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Enjoys multitasking and thrives in a busy, people-focused role
- Professional, proactive, and approachable
- Previous experience in office management or facilities coordination preferred
- Contract: Temporary, until end of January 2026
- Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
- Location: Site-based London SE1
- Start date: As soon as possible
