Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth through a dynamic loyalty scheme
- Plan and deliver customer acquisition campaigns across web, social, and POS
- Analyse performance data and market trends to optimise revenue and customer engagement
- Provide clear reporting to key stakeholders on ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously enhance the customer journey through insight and feedback
- Ensure all campaigns are compliant, on-brand, and aligned with data governance standards
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and loyalty best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Confident influencing senior leaders and collaborating across departments
- Highly analytical, able to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Skilled in project management, with experience using CRM or loyalty platforms (desirable)
