Salary banding: £24,700 to £26,700
Location: Covering Swansea & Neath
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm

This role is focused on building new and developing existing employer engagement relationships to create job opportunities and work placements across Swansea and Neath.

This role is focused on building new and developing existing employer engagement relationships to create job opportunities and work placements across Swansea and Neath.
Responsibilities:
- Source and secure sustainable employment opportunities and high-quality work placements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers
- Conduct timely and accurate employer health & safety vetting
- Ensure workplace appraisals and risk assessments comply with legal and organisational standards
- Collect and manage job-start evidence in line with contract requirements
- Match participants to suitable roles and provide tailored in-work support
- Stay informed on local labour market trends to guide effective delivery
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance
- Promote the organisation at marketing and sales events to build visibility and partnerships
- Proven experience supporting unemployed adults and young people into employment, training, or work placements
- Skilled at sourcing sustainable job opportunities and creating new business partnerships
- Strong customer service background, with a track record of building and maintaining positive employer relationships
- Willing to undertake a DBS check (company-funded)
