Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years UK experience in Care
- Experienced supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs
- Experienced working in supported living facilities
- DBS on the Update Service
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Employment references to cover the past 3 years of employment
