Nurse-Led Expertise

Rhian is a Registered Nurse (RGN) with over 17 years' professional experience. Having managed a Nursing Home in Wales, and worked agency nurse shifts herself, Rhian understands the challenges that can present themselves with both roles. Rhian has implemented processes to ensure the agency staff Hoop provide are suitably experienced, and trained, to work in accordance with the services' policies and procedures, in the best interests of the people they care for.

Compliance Assurance

All candidates are fully compliant with former CSSIW regulations. We were one of the last agencies to successfully gain registration following interview and audit with CSSIW. We continuously seek to enhance our compliance measures with feedback from clients. This enables us to work in partnership with services to ensure they have suitably skilled and trained staff, and ultimately everyone is safeguarded from harm.
