Hoop Education is one of the largest providers of supply staff across Pembrokeshire and is the first-choice agency for many local schools when they require Teachers and Learning Support Assistants.

We work with the majority of primary and secondary schools across Pembrokeshire, supporting them with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term staffing requirements throughout the academic year.

As schools begin planning for September, we are now working with a number of partner schools to identify Learning Support Assistants for both regular supply work and long-term placements. Many schools are already reviewing CVs and candidate profiles, with some looking to arrange trial days before the end of the current academic year to secure support staff ahead of September.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, Support Workers or individuals looking to build a career within education.

What we're looking for:

•    Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants
•    Individuals with experience working with children or young people
•    Support workers looking to transfer their skills into education
•    Positive, patient and reliable individuals who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
•    A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential

Desirable but not essential:

•    Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
•    Experience working with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or behavioural support
•    Previous school-based experience

We recognise that not everyone will have direct ALN experience, and we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
