Job Description
Locations: Swansea | Neath | Port Talbot
Pay: £92.56 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Do you have a passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs? Hoop Education is recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and supportive school environments across South Wales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support
- Assist teachers with inclusive lesson delivery
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help prepare learning resources and classroom materials
- Track and report pupil progress
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with children or young people
- Caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (desirable, not essential)
