Hoop Education is recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' academic progress, wellbeing and classroom engagement while gaining valuable experience in education.
You'll play an important role in helping create a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported, encouraged and motivated to achieve their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
- Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day
- Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour
- Preparing learning resources and classroom materials
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff

- Have experience working with children or young people
- Are caring, reliable and proactive
- Have excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable)
