Championing Noah's Ark: our charity of the year
This year, we are proud to announce Noah's Ark charity as our official charity of the year. Our focus on Noah's Ark aims to create a deeper impact by bringing visibility to the vital services they provide. By dedicating our efforts to one charity, we hope to drive substantial awareness and foster greater support for the incredible work Noah's Ark does in caring for vulnerable children. Our partnership includes a year-long program of fundraising events, social media campaigns, and hands-on involvement to amplify their mission and impact.
Empowering individual impact through volunteer days
At Hoop, we believe in empowering our team to make a difference, not only collectively but also as individuals. To support this, every employee receives a paid volunteer day each year to dedicate to a cause close to their heart. This initiative allows our team to contribute to meaningful work in our local communities, from volunteering at Cardiff Dogs Home, where they’ve spent time caring for and walking rescue dogs, to supporting sustainable projects at Re:Make Newport, which promotes upcycling and environmental awareness.
Supporting causes close to our heart
We also continue to support other meaningful causes that resonate with our values. Recently, some of our dedicated team members ran the Cardiff Half Marathon, raising funds for YMCA Cardiff. In addition, we’ve dedicated significant resources to Latch, the Welsh Children's Cancer Charity, organising numerous fundraising events which brought our candidates and employees together for a worthy cause.
