Support & Safeguarding - Social Worker

 

Pay rate - £38 Umbrella

Our main work base is Monkton Park, Chippenham.

• The hub is easily accessed by the M4.

• You will have access to free, priority parking.
• The team is positioned adjacent to the towns train station, with easily links to Bristol and Bath in under 30 minutes, and 1 hours 15 to London.

• Our team has access to our own pool car supporting efficient commuting. • We offer a hybrid working model, so you will also have more opportunities to work remotely from home or across the county. About the team The North Support and Safeguarding Service works with children, young people, and their families from early help through to permanence. We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the team. The team benefits from a permanent management structure headed by Team Manager, with Assistant Team Managers who offer direct supervisory role to Social Workers and pride themselves on offering quality monthly supervision through reflective, open, and strength-based support. We offer multi-disciplinary team support including key workers who will co-work cases with you as lead social worker.

  • A relevant Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Care Wales
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
  • 3 Years of referencing
  • Driving license with access to a car
