Social Worker – Bristol North & West Community Team (x3 Vacancies)

💷 £32 per hour (Umbrella)
📅 Contract until mid-July
🕒 Hybrid working – approx. 50% office-based

Hoop Social Work are recruiting three experienced Social Workers to join the Bristol North & West Community Team, with a strong focus on reviews.

You will be part of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team, working alongside social workers, occupational therapists, social care practitioners, and caseworkers. The team is well-structured, with guidance and oversight from Senior Practitioners and Team Managers, ensuring you feel supported in your role.

About the Role

• Focus primarily on reviews within the community
• Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team
• Manage a varied caseload with support from experienced leadership
• Hybrid working model with approximately half the week in the office

To Apply, You Must Have:

• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a registered Social Worker
• A recognised Social Work qualification
• Registration with Social Work England 
• An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
• 3 years of referencing history
• A full UK driving licence with access to a car
