Social Worker β Bristol North & West Community Team (x3 Vacancies)

π· Β£32 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract until mid-July
π Hybrid working β approx. 50% office-based
Hoop Social Work are recruiting three experienced Social Workers to join the Bristol North & West Community Team, with a strong focus on reviews.
You will be part of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team, working alongside social workers, occupational therapists, social care practitioners, and caseworkers. The team is well-structured, with guidance and oversight from Senior Practitioners and Team Managers, ensuring you feel supported in your role.
About the Role
- Focus primarily on reviews within the community
- Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team
- Manage a varied caseload with support from experienced leadership
- Hybrid working model with approximately half the week in the office
To Apply, You Must Have:
- Minimum 6 months UK experience as a registered Social Worker
- A recognised Social Work qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
- An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
- 3 years of referencing history
- A full UK driving licence with access to a car
