A Locum Senior Practitioner is required to join Ceredigions' Community Mental Health team for a month by month contract to cover sickness. This is predominantly a hybrid role whereby you can work between home and their on site offices. You will need to work at least 1 day on site per week based out of Aberystwyth. Ideally you will be able to commit to a full time contract of 37 hours per week. Applications welcome from those wishing to work less hours also but a min of 3 days on site is required.  In this role you will be carrying a reduced caseload of complex cases. The contract is due to start at the beginning of January.

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
