Job Description
Initial Assessment Social Worker
Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella

2x in the CAP Assessment Team

1x will be in CAP MDT/Rapid Response

These roles are initially until the end of December, with the possibility of being extended until March. These roles are hybrid, with flexibility providing visits are done in a timely manner. Office is Guildhall, Swansea.
