A Qualified Social Worker is required to join Neath Social Services Children with Disabilities Team. This is an initial 3 month contract, with potential to be extended. Preferably my client is looking for a full time candidate, however applications are welcome from those seeking less hours. This opportunity allows for home working, but home visits are of course required. Pay rate for this position is up to £38.43 per hour, if payrolled via Umbrella company.

In this role you will be responsible for carrying an average caseload of 20. Your caseload will include care and support plans, some CP (minimal), and direct payment packages.

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
