Pay rate - £42 an hour Umbrella

Location: Barnstaple and Tiverton

Devon are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join their North & Mid team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people in our care. Working closely with the Team Manager, you’ll help lead the team, provide supervision and mentoring, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role with a smaller caseload, allowing you to focus on complex cases and deliver high-quality, in-depth assessments. You’ll be a role model for best practice, sharing your expertise to support colleagues and students, and driving continuous improvement across the team.

• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
