Pay rate - up to £47.50 Umbrella

Devon require their Assessment managers to be located on site to support their teams in person during their duty week, this means that candidates must be able to commit to being on site in Taw View, Barnstaple / Phoenix House, Tiverton for 5 days every 4 weeks and then as required e.g. for training and managers meetings during their non-duty weeks.

Devon County Council are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support and guide the practice of their social workers in our Duty and Assessment Team to ensure  children and young people are receiving the right interventions at the right time, to improve their outcomes.  The pay rate is dependent upon experience within frontline services and is agreed with the hiring manager upon successful interview.

• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
