ADULT SOCIAL WORKERS – BRISTOL 

Hybrid Working | 3 Roles Available | Immediate Start

We are excited to be recruiting 3 experienced Adult Social Workers to join a busy and supportive team based at Bristol Community Links in Bristol.

📅 Start Date: Mid-March
📍 Location/Base: Bristol Community Links
🕒 Contract: Full-time until 30th September
🚗 Free on-site parking available

Hybrid Working Model

Bristol offer flexibility, with a clear structure:

✔ Hybrid working available
✔ Office attendance required during the first few weeks
✔ Office-based on duty days (rota basis)
✔ Monthly practice meetings (in person)
✔ Minimum expectation of 2 days per week in the office

This is a great balance of autonomy and team connection.

The Role

You will undertake:

• Care Act Assessments

• Reviews

• Section 42 Enquiries

• Mental Capacity Assessments

• Best Interest Decisions

• Participation in duty rota

• Court of Protection work (where applicable)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking confident, experienced practitioners who can hit the ground running.

✔ Considerable experience in Adult Social Care
✔ Strong knowledge of statutory responsibilities
✔ Confident managing complex caseloads
✔ Experience using LAS (preferred)

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
