ADULT SOCIAL WORKERS – BRISTOL 

Hybrid Working | 3 Roles Available | Immediate Start

 

We are excited to be recruiting 3 experienced Adult Social Workers to join a busy and supportive team based at Bristol Community Links in Bristol.

πŸ•’ Contract: Full-time until 30th September

Hybrid Working Model

Bristol offer flexibility, with a clear structure:

βœ” Hybrid working available
βœ” Office attendance required during the first few weeks
βœ” Office-based on duty days (rota basis)
βœ” Monthly practice meetings (in person)
βœ” Minimum expectation of 2 days per week in the office

This is a great balance of autonomy and team connection.

The Role

You will undertake:

  • Care Act Assessments

  • Reviews

  • Section 42 Enquiries

  • Mental Capacity Assessments

  • Best Interest Decisions

  • Participation in duty rota

  • Court of Protection work (where applicable)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking confident, experienced practitioners who can hit the ground running.

βœ” Considerable experience in Adult Social Care
βœ” Strong knowledge of statutory responsibilities
βœ” Confident managing complex caseloads
βœ” Experience using LAS (preferred)

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
  • A relevant Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
  • 3 Years of referencing
  • Driving license with access to a car
