Loyalty & referral scheme
- This referral scheme is open to qualified social workers only.
- Referrals must be made for candidates who have not previously been registered in our database.
- To qualify for the referral reward, the referred candidate must:
- Complete a minimum of 6 weeks in a full-time temporary role (or the equivalent in part-time hours), or
- Complete a minimum of 12 weeks in a permanent role
- The referred candidate must have no prior record in our database before the referral is made.
- Referral rewards will be issued only after the referred candidate has completed the required tenure in the role (as outlined above).
- Hoop Social Work reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without notice.
- The referred candidate must meet all the necessary qualifications and experience to be considered for the role.
- The person being referred must give explicit permission for their details to be shared with us before the referral is made.
- Referrals made without consent will be considered invalid.
How do I get paid?
- You will be paid weekly on a Friday provided your timesheet has been submitted and approved by the required deadlines
- You will always be paid a week in arrears
- It is your responsibility to submit your timesheet and ensure it’s approved. We are unable to contact your manager directly to ask for approval
