Mental health commitment.
We are thrilled to announce that Hoop has officially joined the Mental Health at Work Commitment, an initiative by the charity Mind, reflecting our commitment to prioritising and supporting mental health in the workplace. This framework guides employers through six core standards designed to promote mental well-being, including embedding mental health into our culture, fostering open conversations, providing essential support tools, and enhancing our capacity to address mental health challenges.
